Jason J. Hogg
Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer

Jason was a founder of MBNA Canada and served as Chief Business Development Officer responsible for establishing the bank’s business development and marketing operations, resulting in receivables of $1 billion. During his five-year tenure with MBNA America, Jason held executive positions in Loss Prevention, Credit, Compliance, and Sales and Marketing. He also co-founded MBNA’s Sports Marketing practice, now a $4 billion receivables business, and Financial Management Services, MBNA’s credit counseling subsidiary. Jason’s prior experience also includes Chief Operating Officer and President positions at two technology organizations, Medsite, Inc. and HorizonLive, Inc. respectively.

Patrick Graf
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Patrick has more than 12 years of professional service experience in combining technology, business, and process innovations to achieve strategic and tactical business objectives at all levels. Patrick was formerly Senior Vice President of QI Solutions, where he was responsible for all CRM, ERP, and Supply Chain Management projects. Prior to QI Solutions, Patrick formed Rapid Deployment, Inc. (RDI), a consulting company leveraging the business, technology, and innovation experience and focus on guiding companies through the purchases and deployment of innovative technologies, processes, and practices. In 1999, Solutions Bank, Inc. acquired RDI.

Dax Cummings
Chief Operating Officer

Dax spent 12 years at MBNA America, most recently as Division President while serving on the corporate Management Committee. He led the company’s Key US Endorsed Card business, where he was responsible for endorsed and co-branded portfolio strategies, new sales, marketing, and relationship management. Dax was the youngest person at MBNA to be promoted to Senior Executive Vice President and to the Management Committee. Before joining Revolution Money, Dax served as the Managing Director of Strategic Marketing for The Kessler Group, working for Howard Kessler, a founder of affinity-based marketing in the financial services industry.

Darren Thompson
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining Revolution Money, Darren was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Avenue Mortgage Corp. and a Senior Portfolio Manager of Avenue Capital Group, a leading New York-based fixed-income hedge fund. Prior to working with Avenue, Darren held several senior risk management positions with Fannie Mae. His last position was as the Head of Credit Finance, the senior-most corporate officer with direct responsibility for credit risk performance of Fannie Mae’s $2.2 trillion guarantee book (the largest risk portfolio of its kind in the world). Prior to Fannie Mae, Darren was a Managing Director in Fixed Income at Goldman Sachs and a Principal at Morgan Stanley. Darren graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a BS in Biochemistry and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

David Cautin
SVP & General Manager, Online Business
David brings over 10 years of Internet experience with expertise in business development, product management, and finance. As SVP & General Manager of Online Business, David manages Revolution Money’s online business and is responsible for sales, business development, and product management. Prior to joining Revolution Money, David was Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for AOL LLC, where he was involved in corporate strategy, business development, and the international expansion of AOL’s consumer media products and services. Previously, David held various business development, finance, and product management positions at AOL. Prior to joining AOL, David served as a Managing Consultant for A.T. Kearney. David earned a BSE from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Duncan L. Evans
SVP & General Manager, Retail Business
Duncan Evans is SVP & General Manager of the Retail Business for Revolution Money. Prior to joining Revolution Money, Duncan was Vice President of Strategic Development at Experian, where he led the Corporate Development, Strategic Relations, and New Market Development groups. In this role, he oversaw mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and alliances, and the development of new market entry strategies throughout the Americas. Before Experian, Duncan was a Vice President at Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking, where he was a principal in their $2 billion global private equity fund. Previously, Duncan provided valuation and financial advisory services at Willamette Management Associates, worked in strategic planning at Strategic Mortgage Services, and began his career in the Trust Department of Riggs National Bank, where he was a Trust Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager. Duncan graduated cum laude from Middlebury College with a BA in psychology and received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jorgen Bocklage
Senior Vice President, Bank Relations
Prior to joining Revolution Money, Jorgen was Senior Vice President of Credit Risk Management at Marshall BankFirst Inc. During his tenure at Marshall, Jorgen held a variety of credit, sales, and risk management roles. He led a number of initiatives, including the development of a portfolio servicing team responsible for the $1.5 billion commercial loan participation portfolio with over 800 participant banks. Jorgen was formerly an equity analyst at Piper Jaffray Corporation, and earlier in his career was at Cargill. Jorgen is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He graduated from Colby College with a degree in economics and received an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Matt Malanga
Senior Vice President, Marketing
Matt is an accomplished marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience in high growth companies – from startups to established market leaders, such as Oracle. His industry experiences range from technology to financial services. As VP of Marketing at Medsite, Matt turned the company’s flagship product into a category leader. Prior to joining Revolution Money, Matt led Citrix System’s global eMarketing team. Matt graduated in the top 10% of his class at Virginia Tech with a BS in Management Science and received an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University.

Edward Katzin
Senior Vice President, Chief Architect
Edward has more than 20 years of professional experience working with companies to align investments in technology with fulfillment of business strategy. Prior to joining Revolution Money, Edward was the CTO of Madison Tyler LLC a proprietary hedge fund where he managed the day-to-day operations of the firm’s technology as well as the establishment of additional datacenters to support global expansion actives. As a Vice President at Inovant LLC, A Visa Solutions Company, Edward was responsible for Visa’s Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture Program, and technology planning. As a Principal with DiamondCluster International he served in the role of Senior Technical Architect responsible for designing and deploying large scale information systems solutions that align the deployment of technology solutions with business strategy and maximize the return on investments in technology. Edward has extensive experience creating and delivering market focused technology strategies, using strategic and emerging technologies and implementing business solutions using innovative technology implementations.
